• Use of this service
Photograph data stored in the Downloads (facility photos) section is provided for the objective of widely promoting Makuhari Messe and the various events held at Makuhari Messe. The data is also made available to event organizers for use in their own event materials.
*When using for news reports or publishing, etc., please advise Makuhari Messe’s Planning & PR Section in advance.
*Please contact Makuhari Messe’s Planning & PR Section with any requests for high-resolution data for printing or to borrow materials such as positives.

• Prohibited conduct
We do not permit use of the stored photograph data for purposes that are clearly not in line with our intent above, such as trimming and cutting out of the data. Nor do we permit data modification such as color tone etc. that would significantly change the image of the original data.
Commercial use of the stored photograph data is also prohibited. (Examples: Sales of digital data collections, calendars, postcards, and formats that allow secondary use)
We also prohibit using the photograph data stored in our library in a manner that would cause fraud or misunderstanding, that would damage our reputation, or that would be offensive to public order and morals.

• Copyrights
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for photograph data in this library are not transferred to users; they are all retained by Makuhari Messe and are protected by copyright laws as well as international laws that are relevant to copyrights.
