1. Application for use
(1) Application period
Applications are accepted from one year before first day of use. Inquiries are accepted before that.

(3) Procedure
Please fill in the necessary information on the designated "Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall Rental Application" and submit to the contact above. Applications are not accepted by telephone, orally, nor by e-mail.
2. Approval of use
(1) Issuance of usage approval certificate
After receipt of the application, a "Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall Rental Approval Certificate" will be sent. This signifies that rental of the facility has been confirmed. From this point forward, your contact will be the International Exhibition Hall Section.

(2) Cancellation of usage approval
Usage approval may be canceled or restricted if any of the below apply.
3. Change of usage
If the user wishes to cancel or change the dates, number of halls, location, or other detail after obtaining usage approval, please contact the International Exhibition Hall Section immediately.
4. Payment of rental fees
The Basic Charges and Conference Room Rental Fees on the International Exhibition Hall Rental Fee Chart are to be paid in advance. 10% of the rental fee is due four months in advance of the first rental date, and 90% is due seven days before. (If usage approval is later than this, the payment schedule will be specified by us.)
