  1. 1: Transportation Access

    1. [Q1] Are there parking lots? What is the cost?
      Parking is available adjacent to the facilities. Please click here for fees.
    2. [Q2] Is there a parking lot for buses? Can spaces be reserved?
      The Makuhari Messe Parking Area is available. There is a parking lot with 115 spaces for large vehicles. Reservations are not accepted.
    3. [Q3] Is there a parking lot for motorcycles?
      There are 40 spaces for motorcycles in the Makuhari Messe Parking Area. Click here for fees.
    4. [Q4]Is there a parking lot for the handicapped person? Can space be reserved?
      There are 51 spaces for the handicapped person in the Makuhari Messe Parking Area.
      Reservations are not accepted. Parking rate of a person (It includes one to take care of towards these) having a certificate of the physically handicapped, a nursing notebook, a mental patient health welfare notebook becomes free of charge. When participate, please show a notebook.
    5. [Q5] What transportation is available besides the Keiyo line?
      There are local bus lines from the Makuhari Hongo station (JR Sobu line) and the Keisei Makuhari Hongo station (Keisei line).
    6. [Q6] What is the closest station?
      Kaihin-Makuhari station (JR Keiyo line), which is approximately a five-minute walk away.
    7. [Q7] Is there a Limousine Bus to the airport?
      Airport shuttles are available at neighboring hotels. See here for details.

  3. 3: Facility Equipment and Services

    1. [Q1] I think I’ve lost an item. Who do I go to?
      During an event, please contact the organizer.

    2. [Q2] Can I smoke on the premises?
      Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. See for details.
    3. [Q3] How is mobile phone reception?
      Service is available by all carriers in the facilities. However, please note that reception may decline if a large number of users concentrate in one area.
    4. [Q4] Is there the nursery?
      Service is available by all carriers in the facilities. However, please note that reception may decline if a large number of users concentrate in one area.
    5. [Q5] Are there nursing rooms?
      Yes, please see here for details.
    6. [Q6] Is there a place to change diapers?
      Yes, please see here for details.
    7. [Q7] What kind of emergency equipment do you have?
      There is a first-aid room on the 1st floor of the International Conference Hall, but this has a bed only. (There is no medicine supply nor is there a doctor or nurse on duty).
    8. [Q8] Do you have AED (automated external defibrillator)?

    9. [Q9] Are coin lockers available?

    10. [Q10] Are safety boxes available?
      No. For coin lockers, see here.
    11. [Q11] Is there a post office/ATM?
      There is no post office on the premises. However, there is one in the adjacent building (World Business Garden WEST 1F). An ATM is at the central entrance. See here for details. In addition, that can be used from 8 AM through 8 PM . There is the case that does not have you use it by system maintenance etc. Cash cards from city banks, regional banks, and the post office are accepted.
    12. [Q12] Can I exchange foreign currency?
      Foreign currency exchange services are not available on the premises. Please refer to the neighborhood in the case of the lodging in accommodations.
    13. [Q13] Could I buy stamps or send postal mail?
      There is no post office on the premises. However, there is one in the adjacent building (World Business Garden WEST 1F). A mailbox is situated on the sidewalk in front of the International Conference Hall.
    14. [Q14] I have brought a computer; can I use the Internet?
      Public wireless LAN services HOTSPOT (NTT Communications) , Mzone (NTT DoCoMo) and FLET'S SPOT (NTT east) are available in the 2F Central Mall along the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Halls 1-8, and 1F/2F lobbies of the International Conference Hall. UQ WiMAX(UQ Communications) is also available in International Exhibition Hall 1-11 and Makuhari Event Hall . See here for details.
    15. [Q15] Where can I buy gifts?
      Chiba Marine Shop is by the Central Entrance. Please call the below to confirm operating dates and times in advance.

    16. [Q16] Where can I buy flowers?
      There is no flower shop on the premises, but you can find flower shops in neighboring hotels.
    17. [Q17] I want to rent a car.
      There is no car rental service on the premises.
    18. [Q18] Can I borrow a wheelchair?
      Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the Makuhari Messe Parking Area or the Makuhari Messe office (1st floor, International Conference Hall). However, please note that quantities are limited.
    19. [Q19] Can I take my pet (dog or cat)?
      Pets are not permitted in the International Conference Hall or in restaurants on the premises. Regarding the event venue, please ask the organizer directly. (We request that pet owners clean up after their pets.)
  4. 4: Renting/Using the Facilities

    1. [Q1] I would like a brochure about using the facilities.
