Is there parking available? How much does it cost?
A
The Makuhari Messe Parking is located adjacent to the facility. It has a capacity of approximately 5,000 vehicles.

Parking fees are as follows:
  • Standard and medium-sized vehicles: 1,000 yen per day per visit
  • Large and medium-sized vehicles: 4,100 yen per day per visit
  • Motorcycles: 200 yen per day per visit
    (motorized bicycles as defined by the Road Traffic Act are not permitted)
Payment is due upon exiting the parking lot. Cashless payment is also accepted. For more details, please see here.

Can I leave my car in the parking lot?
A
You can leave your car in the Makuhari Messe Parking. Parking fees are charged based on the number of days you use the parking lot.
For example, if you enter the parking lot at 20:00 on April 1 and leave at 8:00 on April 2, the parking fee for a standard-sized car would be 1,000 yen x 2 days, for a total of 2,000 yen.
However, please refrain from staying overnight in the parking lot.

Is there bus parking available? Can I make a reservation?

The Makuhari Messe Parking has 120 large vehicle spaces available for buses.
Reservations are not accepted.

Is there a place to get on and off the bus?

There is a bus stop inside the Makuhari Messe Parking.
If you are only getting on and off the bus and your stay is less than 15 minutes, you can use the parking free of charge.
Please inform the staff at the entrance that you are only getting on and off the bus.
Reservations cannot be made.

Are there parking spaces for motorcycles?
A
The Makuhari Messe Parking has 50 parking spaces for motorcycles.
However, motorized bicycles as defined by the Road Traffic Act are not permitted to park here, so please use the bicycle parking area (free of charge).

JR Keiyo Line “Kaihimmakuhari Station”.
It's about a 5-minute walk from the station to Makuhari Messe.

Are there any lines other than the Keiyo Line that I can use?

You can also use the JR Sobu Line and Keisei Line.
Please get off at JR Sobu Line's “Makuhari Hongo Station” or Keisei Line's “Keisei Makuhari Hongo Station” and take the local bus.

If found inside the venue during an event, please hand it over to event staff or the organizer's office within the venue.

A security guard will come to collect the item; please hand it over.
When handing over the found item, the security guard will ask for information such as the location and time it was found, and your name.

I see a signal from my lost GPS-enabled device (cell phone, wireless earbuds, etc.) originating within the facility. Can I go directly to retrieve it?

We sincerely apologize, but we can only assist with inquiries regarding lost items that have been reported to our facility and are currently in our custody.

Even if the last known location of a GPS-enabled device (such as a mobile phone or wireless earbuds) was within the event venue, it may have since been moved elsewhere.
We do not conduct searches within the facility based on this information. We appreciate your understanding.

If you wish to search for your item yourself, access is limited to common areas only.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to enter rental areas such as exhibition halls, event halls, or conference rooms, nor can we assist with searches within these areas.
