Reception time

Applications will be accepted from one year before the start date of use. Inquiries regarding usage will be accepted before that time.

STEP 2

Submission of facility use application

After accepting the reservation, we will send you the "International Exhibition Hall Facility Use Application Form" (3 copies of paper). Please fill in the required items, seal the representative seal, and return it within one month from the date of acceptance.
Please note that we cannot accept applications by phone, verbal or e-mail.

Business Division 2 will be in charge of inquiries regarding payment after submitting the "International Exhibition Hall Facility Use Application Form" and meetings regarding usage.

STEP 3

Approval of use

Issuance of usage approval

After receiving the application form, we will send you an "International Exhibition Hall Use Approval Form". This confirms the use of the facility.

Cancellation of usage approval

In the following cases, the usage approval may be revoked or restricted.

  • When the provisions stipulated by the Chiba Prefecture Ordinance are violated
  • When the fact that the use approval has been obtained by false application or other fraudulent means becomes clear
  • When there is a problem in the management of facilities, etc.
STEP 4

Payment of venue usage fee (1st time)

Please refer to "Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall Usage Fee List".
Please pay 10% of the usage fee by 4 months before the start of use. (If you apply more than 4 months before the start date of use, you will be required to pay by the date specified by us.)

  • Please note that if payment is not made by the specified date, a late payment will be incurred and the usage approval may be revoked.
  • As a general rule, the paid "usage fee" will not be refunded.
  • Usage fees other than "basic usage fee" and "meeting room usage fee" will be charged based on the usage record after use.
STEP 5

Meeting of usage plan

Usage meeting

Fill in the required items on the prescribed usage plan by one month before the start of use, the venue configuration drawing (small division, layout, etc.), related documents such as various drawings, air conditioning equipment use application form, Please have a meeting with the second business section about the use with the application form for using equipment such as electricity.
